| Suggestions, proposals, requests: | Etwas zu dunkle Souterrainwohnung in einem sehr hellhörigen Haus. Schlafzimmer nicht vollständig baulich von Wohnraum und Küche getrennt, dient außerdem als Durchgang zum WC/Dusche. Eigentümer mit sehr lebhaften Kindern, die bis spät in der Nacht noch in der darüber liegenden Wohnung toben. Alltagsgeräusche aus der Nachbarwohnung ebenfalls die ganze Zeit über sehr gut hörbar. Häufige Handwerkertätigkeiten sorgten für weitere Unruhe. Deutlich hörbar, da die Garage der Eigentümer unmittelbar hinter der Wohnung liegt (Durchgangstür im Schlafzimmer). Abrechnung der Heizkosten nicht nach Verbrauchsabrechnung sondern pauschal mit der Vermieterin. Schöne Aussicht und passable Einrichtung, trotzdem kein Platz zum Wohlfühlen. |
